Salve! Scusate intanto il topic generico, ma ... purtroppo non ho saputo trovare nulla di più descrittivo!

Gioco da anni ma non riesco mai ad avere una buona squadra, tipo ora sono in VII ed è il record (saranno più di sei anni che gioco) !!

Anche in queste serie basse, ci sono squadre con giocatori molto forti che costano parecchio ... mi sono sempre chiesto come facciano!
In più noto che ci sono giocatori giovani fortissimi, possibile che un giocatore a 21 anni abbia già "Sovrannaturale" in parate? A questo punto penso che sia merito delle giovanili. Attualmente ho livello "Buono" vecchie giovanili, e presto arriverà al massimo, ma ho paura che "pescate" di questo genere non siano possibili, quindi mi chiedevo ... come li alleno per avere giocatori forti in tutti i reparti?

Ora non ricordo (purtroppo) il giocatore, ma ne ho visto uno che stando agli storici, il suo TSI è aumentato in maniera esponenziale nel giro di anni (anni finti, del gioco) ... roba che io neanche riesco ad allenarci una skill ... come è possibile?

Farebbe piacere anche a me avere un giocatore che cresce così tanto ... mi chiedo dunque se c'è qualche accorgimento da prendere per avere risultati simili ...

Io ho sempre letto che per allenare ci va tanto tempo, per questo non mi spiego una cosa del genere! :) Il problema è che io li prendo giovani e li alleno, ma per allenare una skill tralascio le altre e quindi non ho mai, mai una squadra forte in tutti i reparti ... poi vedo che nel giro di qualche settimana ci sono queste crescite o addirittura giocatori giovani già così forti (ce ne va per portate un PORTIERE a sovrannaturale) e quindi mi sono detto che ci sono accorgimenti che non prendo!

se prendi un 17enne accettabile nella skill che alleni e lo alleni per 4-5 stagioni arriva anche a 15-16, e parlo di regia, una degli allenamenti più lenti......
per un portiere che parte da accettabile, 17enne, con allenatore buono e 3 assistenti allenatori lv 4 e resistenza al 15% in 29 settimane arriva a 14 in parate!!quindi intorno ai 19anni!!

beh si!! nei reparti che non alleni prendi giocatori vecchi, diciamo over 26-28, con esperienza e skill buone!!e se ti chiedi, come faccio a prenderli se non ho soldi? basta che aspetti che i tuoi allenandi siano arrivati al livello prestabilito, li vendi ed avrai i soldi per poter comprare il nuovo allenando e giocatori per gli altri reparti!!
quando allenavo regia prendevo 17-18enni per pochi soldi, tra i 100k e i 600k solitamente, per rivenderli 21-22enni sui 2kk, in media!!!quindi il ricavato andava investito in nuovi allenandi e per prendere giocatori negli reparti!

L'allenamento è veloce, se alleni bene puoi arrivare ben oltre a sovrannaturale in parate. Io ho un 19enne fuoriclasse in difesa (ben più lento).

Con le vecchie giovanili non ho più a che fare da anni, ma credo servano a ben poco... Se vuoi farle rendere un minimo forse è meglio se passi alle nuove.

In sostanza hai giovani un po' in tutti i reparti e alleni le skill a rotazione? E' un progetto che può avere senso in alcuni casi (ad esempio chi allena solo giocatori nate nelle proprie giovanili), ma in linea di massima quoto Craw. Scegliti una skill da allenare, e prendi "vecchi" (farei dai 27 ai 31-32) negli altri reparti.

Perchè optare per i vecchi?
- Costano molto meno, quindi puoi permettertene di più forti
- Hanno stipendi più contenuti
- Hanno esperienza e rendono meglio

Azzissimo!
Grazie mille per le vostre risposte! Ve l'ho detto, non mi sono mai interessato più di tanto! In sostanza, per uno che non ha grossissime velleità come me converrebbe, da quello che ho capito:

1) Allenare un giovane (per poi venderlo, ma se mi ci "affeziono"? :asd:)
2) Nel frattempo prendere "attempati" per gli altri reparti
3) Vendere il giovane nel frattempo cresciuto e ripetere!

Uhm, nel caso, per avere un parere da gente più esperta, di che dati dei giocatori avreste bisogno per darmi un consiglio?

Solo con nome e ID non possiamo farci un'idea di come sono i tuoi giocatori.

La decisione di cosa allenare è tua. Tutti gli allenamenti rendono, se fatti bene. Cosa scegliere dipende da:
- Quale allenamento preferisci
- Come sono le tue finanze (alcuni allenamenti per essere ben fatti necessitano di un investimento più consistente all'inizio)
- Come ti piace giocare (i moduli vanno scelti per massimizzare le slot di allenamento)
- Eventualmente se hai già allenandi forti, o a cui sei affezionato in rosa

Allora, iniziamo a vedere ruolo per ruolo:

PORTIERI

Un 12-6 parate-difesa (con il bonus squadra madre) in VII è tanta roba. Rovina un po' il 4 in CP. Brunori come dodicesimo ci sta.

DIFENSORI

Nessuno ha secondarie. Non hai terzini in rosa (un 4 in cross alza ben poco gli attacchi laterali). Se la cassa lo permette ne cercherei con secondarie più alte (regia per alzare il CC, cross per i terzini, passaggi se giochi di contropiede).

Gispen ha un ingaggio parecchio elevato, essendo monoskill. Ma è allenatore, quindi non si può vendere :P

CENTROCAMPISTI

Qui la coperta è parecchio corta. Ezquerdo ha 36 anni e resistenza bassa, mi sa che andrebbe rimpiazzato.

Bakker e Vlada sono monoskill.

ALI

Hvas e Ehmann non hanno specialità, Mondani non na ha una ottimale. Vista la probabilità di generare SE sarebbe meglio avere le ali con specialità giuste (CDT o veloce).

Anche qua la coperta è corta. Hvas e Mondani secondo me vanno bene per una VII, ma Ehmann non è all'altezza.

ATTACCANTI

Non sembrano male. Potresti pensare di prendere un DF (o trequartista, chiamalo come vuoi :P)

Lo staff secondo me può andare, l'allenatore pure.

Le vecchie giovanili personalmente non credo rendano. Però aspettiamo pareri più autorevoli :)

Principali pecche della tua squadra:
- Pochi specialisti
- Coperta corta in alcuni reparti (cc,ali)
- Giocatori essenzialmente monoskill.
- Tiratore non eccelso. 14 in CP secondo me non è male. Ma Dolman, viste età e skill non credo sia un pilastro della squadra, mentre un giocatore con CP alti
deve sempre esserci in campo. Oltretutto a parte lui non hai altri giocatori con CP decenti quindi, in caso di infortunio o squalifica non hai nessun tiratore.

Domande extra:
- Che moduli hai routinati?
- Hai qualche giocatore a cui sei particolarmente affezionato?
- Cosa ti piacerebbe allenare?

Sull'allenamento, viste le tue finanze, eviterei una secondaria (tipo passaggi o CP), per il fatto che devi già prendere allenandi completi in altre skill (ad es se alleni un'ala in passaggi deve già essere forte in cross e regia) e quindi costosi.
Personalmente sconsiglierei anche cross, pure quegli allenandi non sono economici.

Fossi in te sceglierei una tra parate, difesa, regia e attacco.

Da quanto ho capito dovrei rinnovare totalmente la squadra e con i fondi che ho non credo di riuscirci! Sto allenando Regia ... (15% e 100% di intensità),
gioco col 3-5-2 e ... ogni consiglio è ben'accetto! Non ho preferenze se non quella di cercare di migliorare un po'!

Avevo prima di scrivervi, la convinzione sbagliata di prenderli giovani ed allenarli a turno per avere skill alte in ogni reparto!

se alleni regia stai perndendo un sacco di soldi!!!! con regia alleni 10 giocatori alla volta, 6cc e 4 ali, tu ne hai 6 in tutto di cui 4 non possono considerarsi allenandi!!!se vuoi allenare regia devi prendere giocatori allenabili (leggi anche giovani) e sfruttare tutti gli slot a disposizione!!!
inoltre come moduli non puoi limitarti al solo 352, devi cercare di portare a routine, nelle amichevoli, anche gli altri moduli col centrocampo a 5

Questo vuol dire escludere di allenare parate :) A sto punto fossi in te sceglierei una tra difesa, regia e attacco. Visti i giocatori in rosa passerei un colpo di spugna. Venderei tutti i giocatori che hai nel ruolo che vuoi allenare e ne prenderei di nuovi ;)

Tieni conto che io ho evidenziato ogni errore e imperfezione della rosa. Non devi cercare di risolverli subito tutti. Comunque 1 milione (o quasi) non è poco, per allestire una squadra da VII.

Allenare tutte le skill a rotazione non è (secondo me) la via più veloce per crescere, perchè ci vuole tantissimo tempo. Prendere giovani costa di più, un giocatore vecchio è già formato sovente costa meno di uno decente da far crescere.

Come modulo ti do due consigli:
- Scegli in base all'allenamento, in modo da usare tutte le slot a tua disposizione (ad es se alleni difesa gioca con la difesa a 5, se scegli regia con il CC a 5, se scegli attacco con il tridente davanti)
- Routina più moduli per poter scegliere in base all'avversario, sempre cercando di non bruciare slot (ad es se alleni regia puoi routinare 3-5-2, 2-5-3, 4-5-1 e 5-5-0).

Altro consiglio, gioca sempre l'amichevole e ricorda che un allenando può prendere max 90 minuti di allenamento la settimana quindi non ti conviene fargli giocare sia l'amichevole che il campionato. Lo dico perchè, come già detto da Craw, hai solo 3 CC e 3 ali per riempire 10 slot. Oltretutto 3-4 di quelli troppo vecchi per essere allenati.

Adesso resta solo una domanda :) Visto che abbiamo escluso parate, opterei per allenare una tra difesa, regia e attacco. Come ti ho già detto sopra gli altri richiedono troppi soldi (passaggi,CP) oppure sono troppo lenti (interdizione, OL).

Prima di decidere le prossima mosse dobbiamo focalizzarci su un allenamento. E qui la scelta è tua :)

Allora ... ho cambiato allenamento ed ora sto allenando DIFESA. Ho pensato che ormai la stagione in corso la lascio andare così com'è e di eseguire il resto dei vostri consigli durante la pausa. Naturalmente se dovessi retrocedere non me ne farei un cruccio.... quindi o in VII o in VIII farei le stesse mosse da voi consigliate!

Insomma a quanto pare devo smembrare la squadra e rifondarla?

Come scritto lì cerca di prendere gli allenamenti con la specialità giusta. Colpo di testa è il top in assoluto, ma anche potente va bene. Le altre evitale...

Come skill dipende dalla cassa. Eventualmente all'inizio, se non te ne importa molto dei risultati, puoi prenderli con secondarie più alte della primaria (che tanto alleni). Tipo un 5-8 difesa-cross.

Eccomi!!
Ho preso due giocatori che dovrebbero avere le caratteristiche richieste. Uno però è "dito al culo" e ha fatto incazzare tutti gli altri ... ma fa nulla!

Ho speso per tutti e due insieme tipo 205.000€ uno è potente, l'altro ha colpi di testa. Sto allenando DIFESA e vedo un po' cosa ne viene fuori e tra quanto! Voi dite che dovrò lasciare DIFESA per svariati mesi ... ma intanto come mi comporto con gli altri reparti? Tutti vecchiazzi?

E quando crescono questi ... li vendo o li faccio giocare da me? Questi sono altri interrogativi che ho sempre avuto! Altrimenti non si spiega il mio portiere decente! :)

Se sti giocatori sono ciofeghe ditemelo che li vendo subito cercando di rifarci i soldi spesi! :-) (che in effetti mi sembrano un po' pochini, per essere giocatori da crescita)
