Devo ringiovanire la rosa e rinnovare gli allenandi in regia. In teori i titolari li avrei già, e forse anche una riserva se non vendo più. Alleno regia e gioco col 3-5-2.
Sulle ali negli anni scorsi ho sempre avuto gente esperta, di alte qualità, costosi, ma li compravo grandi, in pratica non li allenavo.
Conviene investire sui giovani tipo 'buon-eccellente' in regia e 'formidabile' in cross? di 17 anni? oppure formidabile è poco in cross? sono i nsesta serie, appena promosso. L'allenamento che ricevono gli esterni in regia è sufficiente a fargli scattare la skill in avanti in modo decente per poi rivenderli dopo qualche anno come faccio con i centrocampisti centrali?
Non ho molti soldi da spendere, a meno che non vendo ancora, probabilmente vendo una ala di 32 anni con cross 'mitico' che in pratica da solo mi risolve le partite.
Secondo me se alleni male ti trovi con la squadra che cresce più lentamente, e con un'economia non sana (i soldi dove li prendi se non dagli allenandi?)
Ergo, io PRIMA penserei a sistemare l'allenamento, e POI a fare risultato in campionato.
Posta tutti gli allenandi e vediamo dove e come intervenire.

Ho già acquistato un paio di esterni allenandi , di cui uno ha solo cross però pagato solo 1'000 euro. i centrali di centrocampo sarebbero già al completo, ne ho preso uno per rimpiazzare il più forte, appena venduto.
Ho qualche soldo che rimane tipo 200'000 ma sono in attesa del premio promozione.
In teoria potrei vendere il centrocampista migliore Szedoglavits ma credo a questo psia meglio vendere Risa e Moulay i due esterni vecchi ma forti.

Che poi li avrei già messi in vendita ma a prezzi alti. Vediamo che succede...anche perchè difesa ed attacco e portiere non stanno messi bene quanto a età...
- CC: nei hai sette, uno di troppo! Tarricone è avanti con l'età per essere allenato, oltretutto è pure scarso... da vendere, se riesci a piazzarlo, altrimenti da licenziare. Gli altri vanno bene come allenandi, seppure sono un bel po' monoskill.
I prossimi allenandi, quando comincerai a fare il ricambio (li venderei tutti appena scattati a 15 in regia) prendili con più passaggi e difesa (almeno un doppio 6, non andrei oltre il 9/10 per entrambe le skill), anche un pizzico di cross fa comodo se li vuoi schierare esterni. In regia puoi partire da 4 o 5. Specialità CdT, ma anche potente se non trovi di meglio... tecnici li puoi utilizzare come trequartisti d'emergenza (per cui uno ci sta, magari con più passaggi), imprevedibili evitali come la peste che possono fare SE negativi.
- ali: Moulay, Normann e Risa sono ultra30enni e quindi inallenabili, vanno necessariamente ceduti e rimpiazzati... Lutovac non è il massimo, ma quantomeno è un buon allenando.
I prossimi allenandi, prendili alti in cross (ma non oltre il 13, che poi costo e stipendio si fanno sentire), regia anche 4 o 5 di partenza, passaggi e difesa almeno 4, di più è meglio (ma senza esagerare, oltre 6/7 non andrei). Specialità CdT o veloce, fai in modo di averne sempre due per tipo.
Se aspetti una settimana o due il mercato si dovrebbe ulteriormente alzare, approfittane per incassare il massimo... sapendo però che, al tempo stesso, ricambi e rinforzi ti costeranno un bel po'.

Si comunque devo fare una scrematura e vendere pesi morti come Tarricone o il terzo portiere da licenziare ecc.
Allora vedo se qualcuno compra le due ali vecchie. Diciamo che gli acquisti che ho fatto in questi giorni li ho presi a prezzi accettabili, e in base a consigli precedenti ho preferito un giovane cc monoskill ma con specialità CdT piuttosto che con passaggi seconda skill ma senza specialità. Che ne pensi?
Oggi ho incassato premi promozione e quota tifosi...ho 800'000 circa incassa, ma a questo punto se vendo pure Risa ho un piccolo tesoretto...a quel punto mi serviranno un paio di estenri giovani allenandi ma che al tempo stesso giochino titolari in campionato. Se prendo ad esempio un accettabile in regia con cross formidabile...è poco? troppo scarsi come prestazioni in sesta serie?
E poi..il settimo centrocampista, come ad es. il settimo difensore...li ho sempre avuti in rosa perchè tra infortuni e squalifiche non ero mai coperto per il turnover completo per le amichevoli. Se poi non ho 22 giocatori sempre pronti a giocare, mettere qualcuno due volte tra martedì e sabato non è rischioso per infortuni e cali di forma?

Diciamo che gli acquisti che ho fatto in questi giorni li ho presi a prezzi accettabili, e in base a consigli precedenti ho preferito un giovane cc monoskill ma con specialità CdT piuttosto che con passaggi seconda skill ma senza specialità. Che ne pensi?
Diciamo che tra le due è la scelta preferibile.
Prendere un CdT con un pizzico di passaggi e difesa sarebbe ancora meglio :D
Oggi ho incassato premi promozione e quota tifosi... ho 800'000 circa incassa, ma a questo punto se vendo pure Risa ho un piccolo tesoretto... a quel punto mi serviranno un paio di estenri giovani allenandi ma che al tempo stesso giochino titolari in campionato. Se prendo ad esempio un accettabile in regia con cross formidabile... è poco? troppo scarsi come prestazioni in sesta serie?
Se ragioni in ottica "devo salvarmi", finisce che ti riempi di vecchi che rendono meglio, ma col tempo ti ritrovi col geriatrico e senza una lira, obbligato a rifondare e ripartire dal basso. Prima di arrivare a tanto, meglio provare a recuperare il recuperabile.
Il ragionamento è: "con i soldi che incasso, che allenandi mi posso permettere?" Dai una scandagliata al mercato, vedi che prezzi girano, e ti regoli di conseguenza. Cercando di acquistare a poco, magari tenendo da parte qualche spiccio utile da tenere in cassa o per prendere qualche rinforzo dove non alleni.
POI, e solo poi, quando starai a posto con gli allenandi, penserai a come giocare al meglio e salvarti.
E poi... il settimo centrocampista, come ad es. il settimo difensore... li ho sempre avuti in rosa perchè tra infortuni e squalifiche non ero mai coperto per il turnover completo per le amichevoli. Se poi non ho 22 giocatori sempre pronti a giocare, mettere qualcuno due volte tra martedì e sabato non è rischioso per infortuni e cali di forma?
Per metà carriera hattrickiana ho fatto giocare due partite la settimana a diversi giocatori... non influisce sulla forma (e perché dovrebbe?) e influisce poco o nulla anche sul discorso infortuni. Vai tranquillo :)
Che ne pensi di questi due in vendita dal mercato ad esempio?
Il secondo lo scarto solo perché non ha specialità.
Il primo è discreto, purtroppo ha quel tremendo in passaggi che lo penalizzerà non poco quando andrai a rivenderlo.
Sul mercato devi guardare bene e cercare con calma... non puoi pensare di comprare tutti i giocatori che ti servono nell'arco di 1-2 giorni. A voler fare le cose per bene, ci possono volere anche 2-3 settimane!

Allora per adesso penso a vendere gli inallenabili in regia ed i pesi morti. Poi in base a quanto incasso, finisco di comprare gli allenandi sui cross, anche se un'occhiata al giorno la do, se riesco con il tempo, a volte ci sono occasioni che ti fanno risparmiare un 50-100'000.
Il tuo discorso sul riassestamento è giusto...piuttosto che tirare e campare e poi collassare come ho rischiato la scorsa stagione.
Più che altro non ho capito come fare a rendere positivo il bilancio nell'arco delle due settimane...adesso vendendo le ali vecchi riduco il monte ingaggi...non so se serve assumere nello staff gente che porta soldi come portavoce o altro.
Inoltre da 4 settimane non investo nelle giovanili e voglio rimettere le solite 20'000 a settimana per pesacare qualche giovane ogni tanto. Dici che conviene? l'ho sempre fatto, a quando ti esce il colpo grosso recuperi i soldi.

Devi arrivare ad avere (più o meno) il pareggio di bilancio, considerando:
- incasso dello stadio x1
- sponsor x2
- stipendi x2
- manutenzione stadio x2
- staff x2
- spese giovanili x2
la voce più variabile, ovviamente, è quella dell'incasso dello stadio... devi calcolare una media approssimativa.
Dopodiché calcoli quant'è il monte stipendi che riesci a mantenere per far portare il tutto a zero.
Per quanto riguarda lo staff, ho ritrovato questa discussione che m'ero perso: http://www.htita.it/showthread.php?73620-Soluzione-temporanea-finanze&p=1006441&viewfull=1#post1006441 ... come minimo devi portare il medico a livello 4 e il portavoce a livello 3.
Però, se vedi che non hai grossi problemi a mantenere il bisettimanale in pari o in attivo, sostituirei il portavoce con lo psicologo (livello 3), perché fa sempre comodo avere la fiducia alta per le partite.
Inoltre da 4 settimane non investo nelle giovanili e voglio rimettere le solite 20'000 a settimana per pesacare qualche giovane ogni tanto. Dici che conviene? l'ho sempre fatto, a quando ti esce il colpo grosso recuperi i soldi.
Se tieni aperte le vecchie giovanili, è un errore: prima che tu riesca a pescare un giocatore decente possono passare ANNI.
A questo punto hai due scelte: o apri le nuove giovanili (ma devi avere un minimo di tempo per stargli dietro), oppure abbassi l'investimento a zero e risparmi (è tutto guadagno per il bisettimanale)

L'ultimo non ha specialità, quindi per me è no a prescindere.
Dei primi due, il secondo è sciuramente ok, il primo mi pare costosetto... regolati sempre col confronta trasferimenti per ogni giocatore.
E comunque sono cifre importanti, io non spenderei più di 1.6-1.8kk per un allenando.
