Sono appena passato all'allenamento attacco (ho 3 ST quasi pronti da vendere).
Il budget ammonta a soli 1.300.000, per questo ho deciso di vendere il portiere.
Penso opterò per tenere una punta (VIIRELA?) e prendere due allenandi forti in attacco e giostrarmi 3-5-2/3-4-3.

Buono, ma quel carisma mi ha molto penalizzato quest'anno dove, nonostante i numerosi PIC, non sono mai riuscito a giocare con TS sopra CALMI.

Allora...
- alleni attacco, quindi per non sprecare slot di allenamento dovrai giocare con i moduli a 3 punte: 2-5-3, 3-4-3, 4-3-3, 5-2-3 ... comincia a metterli a routine utilizzandoli in amichevole
- l'allenatore va bene, il basso carisma pure visto che sei in VIII... i PIC hanno un effetto molto modesto, motivo per cui dovresti usarli con parsimonia, cioè contro BOT e squadre dal CC molto più basso del tuo
- dicci come hai impostato le % di intensità e resistenza... e ricordati di postare anche lo staff
Passando alla rosa:
- il portiere è in vendita e sai già che dovrai sostituirlo... che abbia un pizzico di difesa e CP (soprattutto CP)
- la difesa è un po' vecchia e malridotta (due insufficienti in resistenza), Cateau e Carcieri sono triskill e quindi inutili: se giocano DC sfruttano la loro regia ma non cross, se giocano terzini sfruttano cross ma poco regia... e comunque uno come Carcieri è più un CC che un terzino, visto che regia è la skill più alta
- i CC vanno bene (altri due insufficienti in resistenza), un paio hanno un pizzico di cross e puoi usarli come esterni all'occorrenza
- le ali vanno benino... Mocella è debole in resistenza e quindi regge giusto un tempo, l'altro manca di specialità... entrambi hanno un botto di passaggi che sono mal sfruttati ma sicuramente li avrai ben pagati (ergo, era meglio evitare)
- gli attaccanti non li considero perché si allenano giovani, quindi i due in questione li dovrai vendere di sicuro
- di tiratori ne hai 3-4, quindi lì sei ben messo
- a specialisti ti manca l'ala veloce e qualche CdT di più in campo
Complessivamente la rosa non è malaccio, di sicuro dovrai svecchiare un po'... mi raccomando per gli allenandi, che abbiano almeno un minimo di passaggi e cross, e tutti con specialità [Veloce] o [Colpo di testa]
Cateau e Carcieri li venderei entrambi per sostituirli con difensori meno costosi e più utili.

Hai una rosa piena di ultra30enni, l'8% è veramente troppo poco... dovresti tenere una % molto più alta per tenere tutti i vecchi almeno ad accettabile di resistenza, il 15% come minimo!

I CC sfruttano regia al 100% (poco meno se riposizionati), i terzini la sfruttano tra il 16% (normal) e il 23% circa (offensivi). Prima di aumentare la regia dei terzini, dovresti farlo nei ruoli dove viene sfruttata di più: CC in primis, ali subito dopo, poi trequartisti/DC/terzini.
Già prendere due CC 13 in regia non ti inciderebbe così tanto sul monte stipendi da necessitare di cercare regia altrove, e gli effetti sarebbero ben più evidenti.

Perché, per l'attacco laterale, tre livelli di passaggi valgono come uno di cross... ma se guardi bene, non costano uguale!

Nel frattempo, ho preso questa ala e sto cercando un centrocampista monoskill o quasi.

Se prendevi un 30enne non penso che lo pagavi molto di più, ma magari era a posto con la resistenza, e tre stagioni dopo era ancora utilizzabile e con la fedeltà al massimo... questo dopo tre stagioni non lo so se sarà ancora vivo...
Contando che questo l'ho pagato 300k, e che un trentenne costa 4 volte in più, direi che c'è una sostanziale differenza :asd:

Sei in VIII, è un investimento troppo grosso per una serie del genere... oltretutto te alleni attacco e quindi dovresti allenarlo.
L'unica è prendere un allenando "mezzo formato", quindi valido per la serie, e meno costoso... qualcosa tipo doppio formidabile in regia/passaggi (volendo un pelo più di passaggi e un pelo meno di regia o viceversa).
Già.
Mi spaventa il fatto che dovrò giocare spesso e volentieri con un elemento in meno a centrocampo.
In alternativa, pensavo a un giovane con cross e passaggi alti, da schierare verso l'esterno per mitigare l'assenza dell'ala che sarà una costante della prossima stagione.

Tengo 1 slot libero per fare ST quando possibile (a proposito, su quali giocatori dovrei concentrarmi? Ovviamente prossimi allo scatto, ma con quali skill? Finora ho fatto solo buchi nell'acqua come plusvalenze).

Magari dal vecchio qualche k ci salta fuori. (controlla il CT, se la media è superiore ai 10k, vendi, altrimenti licenzia)
Se fare ST comporta delle perdite economiche, prendi allenandi a medio/lungo termine :D

Ora, o tieni i soldi in cassa (e non sarebbe una cattiva idea), oppure cominci a dare una svecchiata dove serve!
Rimarrò alla finestra, scandagliando il mercato di tanto in tanto, nel caso capiti qualche vera occasione.
Resta il fatto che temo qualche co-gironista e non so se riuscirò a centrare la promozione.

Potresti prendere un monoskill buono in attacco da portare con poco sforzo a eccellente.

Non l'ho postato, ma un buono è già in rosa ;)
Un piccolo aggiornamento a metà girone, con relativa pianificazione della prossima stagione.
Conduco la classifica a punteggio pieno, con 3 punti di vantaggio sul secondo, che è anche l'unico vero sfidante per la classifica. In teoria, giocando il ritorno in casa e potendomi permettere di MOTSare, non dovrei fallire l'obiettivo promozione. Ergo, è necessario iniziare a programmare la prossima stagione.
Posso contare su una cassa di 1milione e 200mila, avendo appena effettuato un investimento da 300k per portare lo stadio oltre i 30000 posti.
Ritengo che il prossimo investimento debba riguardare l'allenatore, dato che il mio, con carisma ormai precipitato a tremendo non mi da benefici duraturi sul TS, cosa che potrebbe penalizzarmi la prossima stagione in VII. Ero orientato verso l'acquisto di un elemento da convertire a metà del prossimo torneo, in modo da risparmiare qualcosina.

Come tiratore non basta "splendido"? Ho un paio di centrocampisti con quel valore.
Quindi, priorità al CC di valore, con un pò di cross in modo da sopperire alla vendita di Mocella che in un primo momento non verrà sostituito.
Poi a scalare il DC e la fascia.
il cross dei centrocampisti non conta niente (a meno che non li schieri verso l'esterno perdendo possesso)

tra l'altro, usare cc esterni fuoricasa senza trequartisti comincia a diventare pesante in VII eh...

Riciclare Caeiro, ora a 13 in CP dandogli un allenamento nella pausa per portarlo a 14, può essere una soluzione di ripiego accettabile?
