Quanto hai in cassa?
Cosa vuol dire "ora sto allenando cross"?

La prima cosa da fare è decidere cosa allenare e programmare di portare avanti l'allenamento per 4-5 stagioni.
Poi devi prendere l'allenatore buono/scarso e i giocatori da allenare.

Per esempio adesso in cross chi stai allenando?
Perchè vedo 2 difensori giovani in rosa che possono essere i terzini, ma gli altri 2 terzini dove sono?
A centrocampo chi schieri come ala?
Perchè c'è un giocatore in rosa che è abbastanza giovane per essere allenato, gli altri 2 in vendita li allenavi?
Perchè allenare per portare la skill cross a scarso non è un buon investimento...
Arriviamo agli attaccanti.
Cosa te ne fai di 5 attaccanti? Perchè sono così giovani?

Ti consiglio di leggere le guide che trovi nel forum, poi ripassa di qua, pentiti dei tuoi errori :asd: e dopo aver deciso cosa allenare ti aiutiamo a costruire una squadra migliore.

nn è esatto. dipende da cosa vuoi allenare e quali sono i tuoi programmi. puoi scegliere se allenare a lungo o breve termine.

quando imposti un'allenamento i tuoi giocatori vengono allenati in quella skill e prendono quell'allenamento se giocano in determinati ruoli. per esempio se alleni cross i giocatori che prendono l'allenamento in % sono: 100% ali, 50% terzini e un piccolissima parte gli altri giocatori in campo.
si possono escludere dall'allenamento fino a 3 giocatori per evitare che i loro stipendi lievitino, ma questo per ora nn ti interessa :asd:. per qualche altro dubbio :read:


ho puntato su una squadra giovane,per farla crescere e raggiungere buoni frutti in futuro (o almeno spero)..

mi dispiace ma tatticamente è sbagliato. è impossibile avere una squadra forte allenando in tutti i ruoli. i motivi sono diversi. dovrai scegliere quali giocatori allenare e il resto della squadra prenderla già formata. andando avanti te ne accorgerai ;)

io personalmente ti consiglio di continuare con cross, perchè è un'allenamento veloce, nn devi perforza allenare a lungo termine e puoi allenare 8 giocatori a settimana. questo ti permette di monetizzare abbastanza velocemente e dopo una stagione o 2 puoi cominciare a comprarti degli allenandi seri. resistenza e intensità impostale rispettivamente a 13% e 100%. quando cominci ad avere una sqaudra abbastanza seria e sali di categoria la resistenza va portata al 15%. dovresti prendere urgentemente un allenatore buono/scarso in carisma.

Il discorso è piuttosto semplice.
Cosa fa aumentare il valore dei giocatori?

A questo punto è ovvio che se hai giocatori giovani e a rotazione li alleni tutti, ogni giocatore si allena una volta al mese (considerando parate, difesa, regia, attacco) e si svaluta per le altre 3 settimane.
Aggiungi che i giovani, se non allenati, si svalutano molto più velocemente dei vecchietti e capirai subito che è meglio avere giovani nel reparto allenato e vecchietti esperti negli altri ruoli*.
La durata del ciclo di allenamento è a tua discrezione.
Io ho iniziato a gennaio del 2008 ed ho cambiato allenamento solo una volta.
Intensità 100%, resistenza intorno al 13%, a seconda dell'età media dei giocatori.
